According to O.U.G. no. 34/2014, the Customer/Consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days, without giving reasons and without incurring penalties. The withdrawal period expires after (fourteen) 14 days and is calculated from the day on which the Customer/Consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the Customer/Consumer takes physical possession of the products.
1. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer/Consumer must inform the Seller of his/her decision to withdraw from this contract, using an unequivocal statement by e-mail to office@clay-love.com.
In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Client/Consumer to send the communication on exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Before returning products, customers must notify the retailer in advance in writing to office@clay-love.com, specifying the following: ● the product(s) they wish to return ● reason for return ● the option of replacement or refund
In the event of the Customer/Consumer’s withdrawal, the Seller shall refund any amount received from the Customer/Consumer, except for the costs of additional charges determined by the choice of the Customer/Consumer of a other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Seller, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller is informed of the the Customer/Consumer’s decision to withdraw from this contract. Additional costs are any costs (transport, delivery, the diminished value of products resulting from handling other than necessary to determine the nature of the qualities and functioning of the products, postal or other charges) to be borne by Customer/Consumer when exercising the right of withdrawal. The cost of the courier service, if the order has not free shipping, are not returnable.
2. Breakage or damage of the products during transport will be notified by e-mail to office@love-clay.com within 24 hours of receipt of the order, they will be replaced free of charge by the Seller, otherwise they will not be eligible for return/exchange.
3. Reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment as that used for the original transaction, unless the Customer/Consumer has expressly agreed to another method of reimbursement and no fees will be charged as a result of such reimbursement.
4. The refund will be postponed until the date on which the Seller receives back the goods or until the Customer/Consumer provides proof that he has sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
5. The conditions of the right of withdrawal apply only to natural person customers/consumers, as defined by the provisions of GEO no. 34/2014 (art. 2 point 1).
6. The customer/consumer will bear the direct cost of returning the products and is responsible for the integrity of the product until it reaches the store.
7. The customer/consumer is directly responsible for any diminution in the value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the products.
8. At the request and with the consent of the Customer/Consumer, the Seller may recommend to the Buyer the purchase of another product of equivalent quality and price to that requested in the first order.
9. The original order will be cancelled on the date of the order confirmation of the product(s) replacing the original product.
10. Products cannot be returned if: ● have been the subject of a special order; ● have been distinctly customized to the consumer’s request; ● have been made to the Customer’s/Consumer’s specifications (e.g.: colouring the product in the colour desired by the Customer/Consumer); ● shows signs of dents, damage, wear; ● have been unsealed and no longer have the original packaging intact with all accessories and label intact;
● are placed by any means in a condition unsuitable for resale.
11. The seller will bear the costs of return if this is attributable to him (e.g. the products received do not correspond to the order, are other than those requested in the order, etc.).

13. These provisions are supplemented by Law No 365/2002 on electronic commerce republished and amended and by GEO No 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals.
Delivery Policy
1. An order can be placed at any time, but the processing period is Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 16.00, excluding public holidays.
2. The products available in the website/online shop can be delivered by courier, in the specified area , or can be picked up personally free of charge at the reception of Nod Makerspace in Bucharest, Sector 4, Splaiul Unirii, Nr 160, Corp Cladire C3-Filatura (please note that in this case payment will be made online).
3. Delivery time for products is 48 – 72 hours from the time of delivery confirmation.
4. Physical deliveries are made door to door, by express courier – outsourced service so independent from the seller.
5. There may be delays in relation to the delivery time agreed at the time of order confirmation , in which case the seller assumes no liability on behalf of the couriercompanies .
6. The seller assumes responsibility for the delivery of the products ordered by the buyer. The risk of loss of the goods passes to the buyer when the actual delivery of the goods.
